Though some violent tendencies remaining: still asking God's help with anger issues... Spiritual growth is easier when we have a strong desire to return to the ocean of God, from where we started--often called heaven--'seek first the kingdom of heaven and all else will follow.' I believe this should be the goal: awareness and desire to be in the presence of God, with gratitude. This will attract peace love and joy.
